Tom has over a decade of experience within Digital Healthcare, spanning Wellbeing, PMI (AXA), Public Health, Start Up and Large Corporate. In roles covering Business Development, Global Programme and Operations Leadership, Tom has delivered consistent growth and innovative BD, while remaining driven by his core principals of Servant Leadership and Sustainability. In his current role, Tom leads Market Access, Client Strategy, Full Sales Cycle and New Business for a portfolio of UK and Global partners entering the UK Public and Private markets. Outside of work, Tom enjoys the great outdoors and is heavily involved in football as a Step 1 Assistant Referee, an avid player and fan of cricket, as well as spending time on his road bike and training for marathons.
