Andy Hicks is a former professional golfer who has gone on to become one of Europe’s leading voices in sports technology, with experience spanning software, digital engagement, broadcast, data, investment, partnerships and acquisitions.
Over the past decade, Andy has worked with technology businesses, investors and rights holders across the global sports industry. He spent five years as European Advisor to Stack Sports, a US sports technology group backed by the family of Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, supporting its European growth, partnerships and acquisition strategy.
Today, Andy works strategically across a portfolio of sports and technology businesses. He is a Strategic Advisor to MST Systems and Verso Live, whose clients include organisations such as the DP World Tour and EuroLeague Basketball, while also supporting Ralle’s growth in the UK sports market. Alongside his commercial roles, Andy is a Director of England Futsal.
Andy has also advised businesses through some of the world’s leading start-up and innovation ecosystems, working with founders and emerging technology companies through programmes in New York, London and Qatar.
His experience sits at the intersection of sport, technology and commercial growth, with a particular focus on identifying emerging technologies, building strategic partnerships, opening new markets and helping ambitious sports technology businesses scale.
